How to Register
1: Choose competition
- Enter your full name in the Nama / Name field
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Choose your desired competition in the dropdown Lomba / Competition field
- Select your education level (SD, SMP, or SMA) in the Jenjang / Level field
2: Fill school
- Enter your school’s name in the Nama sekolah / School name field
- Enter your school’s address in the Alamat sekolah / School address field
3: Fill participants
- Select either Individual or Team
- Enter the participant’s name in the Nama / Name field
- Enter the participant’s phone number in the Nomor telepon / Telephone number field
- If you are registering a team, click the Add participant button to add more participants
- Enter their names in the respective Nama / Name fields
4: Fill guardian
- At least one guardian is required
- You can add up to three guardians
- To add a guardian, click the Tambah pendamping / Add guardian button
- Enter the guardian’s name in the Nama / Name field
- Enter their phone number in the Nomor telepon / Telephone number field
- Select their relationship to the participant/s: either Guru, Coach, or Parent
5: Photo
- To upload participant’s photo, click the Upload button
- File naming format
• For individuals: Participant Name_Competition Name_ School Name
• For team: Participant Number_Participant Name_Competition Name_School Name - To upload guardian’s photo, click the Upload button
- File naming format
• Guardian Number_Guardian Name_Competition Name_School Name
6: Fee information
- Carefully read the fee details displayed, including:
• Competition name
• Education level
• Registration fee
• Deposit fee
• Total fee
• Minimum down payment
• Bank account information
• Payment instructions
How to Submit Documents
1: Hard copies requirements
- Viewers are advised to carefully review the required documents, to be submitted in hard copy format, during the technical meeting
- Specific guidelines are provided for Cosplay competition
2: Fill name and school
- Enter your full name in the Nama / Name field
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Enter your school’s name in the Nama sekolah / School name field
3: Choose competition
- Choose your desired competition in the dropdown Lomba / Competition field
- Select your education level (SD, SMP, or SMA) in the Jenjang / Level field
4: Payment data
- Carefully review the competition, education level, and fee details displayed
- Transfer to the specified bank account and include the required payment message in the format Reg/School Name
- To upload proof of payment/s, click the Upload button
- Provide the following information for the deposit fee refund:
• Bank account name, bank account number, and account holder’s name
5: Participants and guardian/s data
- To upload surat keterangan sekolah / surat pernyataan sekolah / akte lahir / tanda pengenal guru / etc., click the Upload button

How to Register
