Competitions

Basket
• A maximum of 16 teams (boys and girls) are allowed for both SMP and SMA
• Each school can register up to 2 teams, with each team having 5-12 players
• Matchups will be announced during the technical meeting
• The competition schedule will be available by April 18th at the latest
• The competition will use a pool system
• Be sure to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game
• The girls' competition will be played in a 3x3 format, instead of the standard 5v5 format

Basket

Futsal
• The competition will begin with a group stage leading to knockout rounds
• Each team can have between 10 and 12 players
• Each game will consist of two 15-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break
• Each team is allowed one timeout per half
• All players on a team must wear matching jerseys, pants, and socks
• Each team must bring both a dark-colored and a light-colored jersey
• Player jersey numbers must be between 0 and 99 (inclusive)

Futsal

Floorball
• All players on a team must be from the same school and attend SMA
• Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 12 players
• Each player must bring their own floorball stick
• Team jerseys must be a different color from the opposing team
• Goalkeepers must wear training trousers, a helmet, and other necessary safety equipment under their clothes

Floorball

10's Teens Fitness Challenge
• Each team consists of 3 members
• The final results are based on the fastest completion time of one team
• Each team completes a 10-station circuit containing the following exercises: Push Ups, Sit Ups, Back Extensions, Burpees, Creeping Obstacle Course, 10m Shuttle Run, Forward Alternate Lunges, Balance Stork Stance, Hurdle Jump, and Pike Push Ups
• Teams must complete each station according to the specified rules before moving on to the next one
• All members on a team must wear the same designated sports uniform (shirt, pants, socks, and shoes)

       • Open to the public (individual entries only)
       • Age: 15-20 years old

    Costume
       • Theme or character is at the participant's choice, subject to committee approval
       • Participants must submit their chosen character to the committee two weeks before the competition

    Competition day
       • Participants must arrive at the venue in full costume and prepared to compete
       • Each participant will have 2 minutes to walk the runway

    Winners
       • 3 jury-selected winners
       • 1 fan-favorite winner

    Team composition
       • All members from the same school
       • Combination of SMP and SMA students allowed
       • Minimum 4 participants, maximum 10 participants per team

       • Song choice is up to the participants (must follow committee guidelines)
       • Song length: 3-5 minutes
       • Dress code: Group-chosen, following appropriate guidelines
       • Originality: Choreography must be original (covers not allowed)

    Technicals
       • Sound systems, lighting, and song players provided by the committee

    Winners
       • 3 winners selected
       • Possible performance opportunity at the 8ternity closing ceremony on 27 April 2024

       • Newspapers provided by the committee

    Materials
       • Painting supplies to be prepared by each team (excluding spray paint, which is not allowed)

       • 2 winning teams chosen

Mobile Legends
• A maximum of 2 teams from the same school can participate
• Each team must has a minimum of 5 players (including the starting lineup) with an unlimited number of substitutes allowed
• The tournament committee will provide internet access; however, participants are welcome to use their own internet connection if preferred
• 3 winning teams will be awarded
• Both SMP and SMA students are eligible to participate. A team can have members from both SMP and SMA

       • Gadgets permitted without AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)

       • Spellers can request word definition, sentence usage, and origin from the judges

       • Each participant has 5-6 minutes to tell their chosen story
       • Costumes and props are highly encouraged for a more engaging performance

    Disqualification
       • Scripts exceeding 15% plagiarism or 15% AI-generated content will result in immediate disqualification

       • 3 individual winners will be chosen

       • Half of participants from the preliminary round advance to the final

       • WiFi is provided, but participants are responsible for managing their own connection issues
       • Bringing a personal hotspot is recommended
