• A maximum of 16 teams (boys and girls) are allowed for both SMP and SMA
• Each school can register up to 2 teams, with each team having 5-12 players
• Matchups will be announced during the technical meeting
• The competition schedule will be available by April 18th at the latest
• The competition will use a pool system
• Be sure to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game
• The girls' competition will be played in a 3x3 format, instead of the standard 5v5 format
Futsal
• The competition will begin with a group stage leading to knockout rounds
• Each team can have between 10 and 12 players
• Each game will consist of two 15-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break
• Each team is allowed one timeout per half
• All players on a team must wear matching jerseys, pants, and socks
• Each team must bring both a dark-colored and a light-colored jersey
• Player jersey numbers must be between 0 and 99 (inclusive)
Floorball
• All players on a team must be from the same school and attend SMA
• Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 12 players
• Each player must bring their own floorball stick
• Team jerseys must be a different color from the opposing team
• Goalkeepers must wear training trousers, a helmet, and other necessary safety equipment under their clothes
10's Teens Fitness Challenge
• Each team consists of 3 members
• The final results are based on the fastest completion time of one team
• Each team completes a 10-station circuit containing the following exercises: Push Ups, Sit Ups, Back Extensions, Burpees, Creeping Obstacle Course, 10m Shuttle Run, Forward Alternate Lunges, Balance Stork Stance, Hurdle Jump, and Pike Push Ups
• Teams must complete each station according to the specified rules before moving on to the next one
• All members on a team must wear the same designated sports uniform (shirt, pants, socks, and shoes)
